All good except property management company VACSA

The condo itself was great. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Only problem was communication with the property management company VACSA was worthless. Had to reach out to them twice. 1-access to the property. It was in a gated community and they had not let the property know we were coming. They did not know it was in a gated community and asked for a picture of the gate. 2-a breaker was tripped and I didn’t initially locate the electrical panel (it was outside). Called for guidance to locate. Worthless. 5 star rating on the condo itself and location. 1 star for VACSA

Perfect Location and Comfort for Pickleball Tourney

This unit is in a retirement-type community that is very clean and comfortable. The unit is on a golf fairway, but this did not both us at all because it's not in a normal location for wayward drives. The owners left us great material for planning our day trip to Sedona and visit to local attractions. The unit was well organized and easy to navigate. The only reason we gave the check-in process a 4 out of 5 was because the guard at the community entrance didn't has us listed as an arriving guest for that day. So, we had to show her our email confirmation of our rental. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Fountain in the Sun Condo

The first thing you need to know is you must enter through the main gate to get a guest pass. The only issue we had was our name was not entered in their system so we had issues re-entering the facility. The community is very nice with many activities available. Everyone was very friendly. It was nice and clean with only a few things needing attention. The drain stopper in The tub in the main bathroom won't stay up while you shower so the tub fills up. The Kuerig coffeemaker did not work. Everything else was good! We grilled out twice on the nice Weber grill. I would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Mesa Road trip

Place is exactly as in write up. Communication with property management was excellent and were timely in responses. I have stayed in other condos and the only recommendations are: shower head in ensuite to be replaced and maybe just a write up as to where things are as needed directions to where washer/dryer were, as well maybe a map of the complex to know where pool was, etc Great stay 👍
