Snowbirds, Business People, Traveling Nurses who are age 55+ and can book at least 30 days. This is a desirable and sought after 55+ “Snowbird” gated community with great amenities and great community.
This Park Model Home has been masterfully renovated from the ground up with an open floor plan to promote flow and connecting with others. The Bosch HVAC unit is a brand new state of the art unit with a UV light inside. There is an under the kitchen sink water purifier with a charcoal block and a UV light to purify the water to the sink and refrigerator ice making and water dispenser. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom, living room and outside covered patio.
The common area has a pool with covered seating, jacuzzi, outdoor showers, pickle ball, tennis and shuffle board courts. The Club House has pool tables, ping pong table, card tables, a dance floor and more.

This property has been completely rehabbed from the ground up and every detail was thought out for the enjoyment of each guest. It is in a very desirable location and the gated community city boasts a very nice pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts and covered seating and outdoor showers next to the pool
