Showcasing direct views overlooking Lake Emory, this three-bedroom home comes fully furnished for quiet country living. Make the most of the home's scenic setting with days and evenings spent down by the water. A gas grill is provided for backyard barbecues and a wood-burning firepit is equipped for starlight s'mores and conversation. Take a load off on the covered, full-length porch and enjoy the sights while sipping morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Geese and ducks make the lake a seasonal home to raise hatchlings and a family of eagles nest in the nearby trees. Lucky guests may also catch a glimpse of deer and elk passing by.

Inside, the home features a spacious, two-story layout offering plenty of room for family gatherings. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the lower-level game room complete with a smart TV, foosball, darts, a card/game table, and a bar area equipped with a sink and mini fridge. A fireplace, plush seating, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime and movie nights in the main living room. The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, to handle home cooking and cleanup with ease.
