The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Spacious interior with lots of private backyard space. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family getaway. Absolutely no events.

The space
There are three bedrooms upstairs. (1 King bedroom, 1 bunk bed bedroom with full and twin beds, and 1 queen sized bed). 2 full bathrooms.

Main level has an open floor plan (full kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom). 1 Lavatory. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Lower level has a workout room with a few weights, speed bag and punching bag. Ping pong table. Full bathroom.

Big house needs major TLC

The house is in a nice neighborhood and has a lot of potential but it is not well cleaned or maintained. The bathrooms sink did not drain and the bathroom rugs were dirty. The house smelled weird and like it was covered up with a cologne smell. The trash had maggots. Very disappointing stay for my family visiting our cousins. The listing now only has one prior review from May 2023.

Not up to par

The place is older and not being properly maintained. Some things are falling apart- cabinets, toilet seats. Kitchen items are old and over-used. Pictures showed a ping pong table- no paddles, trompoling- busted, gas grill- pellet stove with no pellets.

Beautiful vacation home!

The house was nothing but amazing! The host was very responsive quickly and swiftly provided us with excellent hospitality and catered to our needs ! The only downfall I would say is getting a better cleaning company the house was in fact a little dusty and you can tell they kind of half stepped things a little but with our own cleaning products we took care of it! I definitely will be booking a getaway weekend again!
