About this property

Good times, great views, lots of space, and easy access to the beach.

Beautiful sunset views. We offer three bedrooms, three bathrooms in Grand Panama Resort. Plenty of room for family and friends. Two rooms have king beds with their own bathroom, and the third with a queen. Twin bunk alcove off the hallway. It's nice having the three bathrooms when everyone is getting ready. Has a nice big kitchen for the days you want to stay in. LG front loading washer and dryer. We love the space, the views, comfort, easy access to the beach, and two great pools with attached hot tubs. The condo is just off the beach (right across the street in tower 2) with beach views from every window. Location is close to many popular destinations and attractions. Some restaurants are just a walk down the beach. We really enjoy helping families and friends make lasting memories in PCB. The resort association does charge a fee for the parking garage. $80 for two cars, $50 for one. Maximum of two cars on property. This pays for security, maintenance, your wristbands, etc. Otherwise, you will communicate directly with me, Joel, and not a managing agency. All used linens in the center bathtub. Leave beds alone.
All trash removed and refrigerator empty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep all windows and doors closed. The salt air is hard on the HVAC
