The 10 acre Lone Sheep Ranch includes a lovely newly remodeled 3BDR/2.5BR home on a formerly famous equestrian estate with views of horses and farm animals in all directions. The ranch is 1 mile from downtown Santa Ynez and just a few minutes from Downtown Solvang.

Kids can learn to gather eggs from our chickens, visit with pet pigs, and learn appreciation for ranch life. Adults can enjoy a private jacuzzi, a glass of wine in one of the many outdoor sitting areas, or sit around the fire and enjoy the stars in the quiet surroundings. The ranch is walking distance from many fine restaurants and perfect biking distance from dozens of famous valley wineries. This flat valley surrounded by mountains is a biking and hiking paradise.

For pilots, we are 1 mile from Santa Ynez Airport (KIZA), and free shuttle and courtesy car may be available with prior arrangement.

Activities range from the simply enjoying the quiet country life with a glass of wine to possible animal interactions or adrenaline full adventures with seasonal glider rides, hot air balloon rides, mountain biking , and all levels of hiking and nature walks. The beach is 38 minutes away and offers all types of ocean/ water activities.
