Our condo offers ample space, (988 sq. ft.), privacy and a prime location. With two bathrooms, two king sized beds, and a queen sized convertible sofa, it can comfortably accommodate four guests. Enjoy the cable TVs in each room, and Wi-Fi and parking are free.

We love Hale Kai!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Hale Kai and have been brining our growing family for close to a decade. #211 was nice and spacious and was wonderful to have the upstairs loft and bathroom for our kids. The unit is a little dark (which helped everyone sleep), and not as ocean front as we are used to, but it was clean and well maintained. Could use some upgrades, but you can't beat the location of Hale Kai.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at Hale Kai everytime I visit Maui. It's in a perfect location. Everything you'd need is within walking distance. Plus Maui has an exceptional transportation system and the bus stop is just steps away. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I always find the unit in spotless condition. My sister and niece traveled with me this year and are already talking about next year. We had a wonderful time. I can highly recommend Hale Kai if you're looking for a reasonably priced unit in a great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all felt that the unit was not cleaned well before we checked in esp the floors. upstairs bath needs some work. The kitchen needs a larger bread board as well as some plastic wrap/foil and a couple covered Tupperware type bowls (there were no bowls with lids ) No extra sheets upstairs and I suggest one more roll of tp per bathroom as rolls were super small and very thin paper (we stayed 11 nights). Both bathrooms were completely out

My Secret Little Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this place. My 4th time at Hale Kai..3rd in this unit. It's location is great. Walkable to groceries, morning coffee and restaurants. Decor is straight out of the 70s but the unit is immaculately clean and well equipped. Love the park/ocean view off the deck. Only downside is the street noise at night. But, it's right off the street so it's to be expected and it's not overwhelming.
