About this property

Touch of Europe in the Ozarks

Our 2,000 sq. ft. vacation house near Fayetteville lake and the Botanical garden is spacious and very comfortable. The morning Sun shines into the living room and kitchen, and it's relaxing to watch the birds and squirrels eating in the backyard.

The formal dining room can seat up to 8 people and you have the option of formal dinner ware for special occasions; or you can setup a puzzle to work on and use the table in the kitchen for your family gatherings.

There is a large deck to enjoy afternoon refreshments with family and friends.

The kitchen is very large and easy to move around with plenty of counter space and an island. Well provisioned for longer stays, you will find all you need to cook and bake during your stay. K-Cup and drip coffee are both available for your coffee desires.

The jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom helps you to unwind from a busy day and enjoy time just for you

All bedrooms, living room and formal dining room have ceiling fans.

There are night lights in the bathrooms, hallway and kitchen.

We have space inside the garage for 2 cars, and three cars can park in the driveway. There is also parking available on the street, if necessary. While there is a third garage, we have stored some personal furniture in the space. There is also a storage closet locked in the laundry room for our use when visiting the home.

The home has a European countryside café feel, reflecting our travels, heritage and places we have really enjoyed.

Located near the Botanical garden, Lake Fayetteville and about 8½ miles from the University of Arkansas. Near the Shady Grove neighborhood.

This house is 2½ miles from Tyson world headquarters (about a 6 min drive).

Long weekend stay

Very nice, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Large living room is a nice gathering place, very good amenities throughout. We enjoyed staying in the house while in the area for the extended weekend.

Nice stay for UARK Parents Weekend

Very clean home and well stocked with everything you need. Yard needs maintenance & weeding, but the home accommodated our group perfectly. Would stay here again.

Lovely Property

Wedding Weekend

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. We had plenty of room in this house and a very nice kitchen to cook breakfast in! Everything was spotless when we arrived. This is one of the best houses I have stayed in, in the Fayetteville area.

Lovely home!

All of us enjoyed staying in your Touch of Europe home. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient! The decor was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The living area was a wonderful place to gather. There was some air traffic overhead, but we all use sound machines, so it didn’t bother us. It was easy to travel back and forth to our student at U of Ark. We would happily stay here again!

A Wonderful Home

My two friends and I meet for a get-together each year (now 22 and counting). We have never stayed at a home this nice in the past. It was spacious and clean, and furniture all seemed to be new. Should we meet in NW Arkansas in the future, we'll stay at the Avener Street home. Thank you.

We purchased a home in NWA so that we will have somewhere to stay when we visit our family in the area. It's a 2nd home for us when we visit and we would like to offer it for you to enjoy when we're not in town.

Why they chose this property

This is a warm and cozy house with a great kitchen. We loved the space each room offers and the deck and yard in the back. It allows us to have family and friends visit, with enough room for everyone to move freely around.
