New, three bedroom, two bath home on three acres, conveniently located a 10 minute/5 mile drive from Windham Ski Mountain and a 20 minute/12 mile drive from Hunter Ski Mountain. The home is also near numerous hiking trails, local attractions, and cuisine. The property is just off the beaten path, yet conveniently located near Route 23, nestled along the Batavia Kill with a view of the Blackhead Mountain range. Enjoy coffee or drinks at the pub table on the front deck overlooking the stream. Or sit in the back yard having a meal at the dining table or reading on the glider chair. Bird lover? Bring your binoculars!

The large main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Batavia Kill with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and a very large bathroom with double vanity and double-head shower. The second bedroom (10 x 8 ) has a full-sized bed while the third bedroom (also 10 x 8 ) contains two twin beds.

The open concept living room (with a queen-sized sofa sleeper), dining room and kitchen with brand new appliances, is a comfortably large gathering space that connects to a large front deck via French Doors, expanding the space on days with nice weather.

Fabulous property! Super clean and convenient to mountain. Property had everything we needed, fully-equipped kitchen among other things. Really thoughtfully equipped house. Hosts are super responsive. We stayed for over 3 weeks this season and loved the place!

Fabulous house! Everything is brand new. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, multiple kids of coffee pots, etc. Host responded to questions within minutes. Location is great, 6-7minutes to the mountain. Can’t wait to get back!

Cozy home close to Windham Mtn.

Chad's home was so lovely. It was well stocked with all the pots and pans you need and even had a stove top popcorn maker! He has plenty of towels and even bath sheets. We stayed over the coldest day of the last few years (-38) and the home was super warm and cozy. We definitely will be back!

A very beautiful house with great views. We had an a wonderful time. Loved the view from front patio. We’ll surely be going back!!!
