You'll enjoy plenty of room to relax and spread out in this spacious, fully-furnished townhome with three bedrooms, six beds, and 1.5 baths. You'll find plenty of entertainment in the basement, including a 65" HDTV with a soundbar, a card and game table, and a couple of stow-away comfortable beds should you require them; Free High-Speed Wi-Fi access is included—45" HDTV in the main bedroom. The fun doesn't stop inside. We invite you to enjoy your private backyard, outdoor BBQ grill, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining area with comfortable outdoor furniture. The townhouse has a spacious, fully furnished, non-airconditioned basement (a fan is provided, which provides good enough ventilation since the room keeps cool during the day); it can be turned into an additional bedroom upon request. Two-bed arrangements can be set up, two twin beds or a king-size bed (additional charges will apply per additional guest beyond the 4 included in the base rate).

Great Property and Hosts

The property was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were so friendly and accomodating. The property included a number of very nice special touches, like having some snacks available and some basic items in the refrigerator. The property is situated with a shared yard area with other families that are all very nice. The reserved parking space was a great bonus too. We loved everything about our stay here.

Best VRBO stay of our many 20+ travels

Unit is very new and clean, everything worked well, all the expected features, appliances, laundry, streaming, etc. Parking is easy with a dedicated spot. Host lives nearby and was very helpful when we were adjusting stay, checking in, and when we had questions. Our kids even met in the courtyard to play a bit.

The Thomson’s explore Chicago

This property was absolutely amazing in every way. When we arrived the place smelled and looked amazing and was super clean. The bedrooms were very nicely set up and there were fresh cut flowers in each room along with the dining room. The property managers were very kind and attentive to our needs upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was super soft and fluffy. There were a few toys around the house for the little children and they loved it. The kitchen was fully functional and we were able to prepare a few dinners with no problems at all. There were so many little things that we forgot to bring with but found them in the house such as a hair dryer and lotion. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we ever find ourselves back in Chicago we will most definitely be staying here. Thank you so much
