Welcome to Pakal, a private and quiet area within Playa del Carmen.

This large house with wonderful mexican accents will surely impress. With over 4000 sq ft/370 sq mtrs, the villa has 4 large bedrooms with another small bedroom for added sleeping space.

Arriving at the property, you'll notice the lush greenery and welcoming front yard. There is parking for two vehicles in the front yard and more street parking available as well. Walking through the front door, you'll be greeted by the oversized front entrance. At the front of the house, you'll find the first bedroom with two queen beds and full ensuite bathroom. This is a great bedroom for anyone with mobility issues as it is the only large bedroom on the main floor.

At the back of the house, you'll find the main living area. There is a large living room area with Cable TV, L shaped sofa bed and direct access to the backyard via sliding glass doors. Next to the living room, there is a good sized dining area with stone table and seating for 8 people. This also has direct access to the backyard by separate sliding glass doors. Just behind the dining area, you'll be greeted by a full kitchen with gas oven and stove, lots of cupboard space with all the necessary wares to prepare an amazing meal after a long day at the beach. Or, have our private chef come in to create a world class diner while you relax in the backyard.

As an added bonus, the main floor also has a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. There is also another bedroom which is a traditional "maid's quarters" converted to a bedroom for extra space. This bedroom is small but has a full bathroom and air conditioning!!. With individual sized bunk bed, this a good "teenager" space.

Head up the extra wide staircase with custom wooden steps to the top floor. Here, you'll find 3 more bedrooms. There is the "kids" bedroom located in the front of the house. This bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, each with a queen bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. With AC and a full bathroom, this is a comfortable space for the kids to hang out in away from the adults.

The back of the house has two more bedrooms. One has a king bed, full ensuite with bathtub and direct access to a large second story terrace overlooking the pool area and golf course. With all the trees, there is a good amount of privacy for you and your group. The Primary bedroom in this house is a real gem. The space is very large and has some great features. There is a king bed in an oversized main bedroom area. A small loveseat sofa overlooks the bed and patio doors leading the the shared second story terrace. Beyond the bed area, walk into the huge walk-in closet which has "his & hers" closets, each has their own side. A large mirror between both sides will allow you to make sure you look great before going out. Finally, move past the closet and into the primary bathroom. Double sinks, a large bathtub and walk in shower finish off this great bedroom.

Back on the main floor, head into the backyard where you'll be greeted by the large pool is a great space to enjoy lazy afternoons with your group swimming and soaking up the sun.

Please keep in mind that this is a residential area with families. It is important that we respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 pm. Playa del Carmen has so many great bars and nightclubs. For those wanting to party, head into town to let loose.
