This beautiful, spacious, three-story home is located in the luxurious tropical gated community, 24hr security resort of Playacar Fase 1 , in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround the home, 4 terraces offer a view of nature's paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The home was totally remodeled in May 2018, there are 5 large private comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, each equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Each room is embellished with hand made local exotic wood furniture, all rooms are tastefully decorated.

Ground Floor
The main entrance opens to a large living room with a magnificent view through a 20ft x 15ft window, which displays a natural cenote nestled in a tropical jungle. Exotic birds (squawking parrots) and small native animals such as the gentle Mexican Agouti can be seen daily. If you are lucky you may also see spider monkeys swinging from the trees.

Ground floor bedrooms:

- 3rd bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Laundry room is also located on the ground floor.

2nd FLOOR:

All the linens and covers are of high quality for your nightly comfort. Maid service every second day is included so you can spend more time relaxing, bottled water is supplied for your convenience, and Sergio our property manager is always available to help you make your stay the most pleasant possible. The beach is footsteps away, and Playa's famous 5th ave. a 3 minute walk, the ferry service to Cozumel and Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk . You can enjoy all that Playa has to offer or just relax on our beautiful beaches all in walking distance.
