Amazing stay

Fantastic stay! Family were all comfortable and enjoyed the stay . Communication with the management was astonishingly good.

Great and quick communication by the host. The house was great and suited our needs well. There is one bathtub, so if you’re traveling with children, that’s nice to know! The listing was a little confusing about stating “bathtub” and “shower only” on all the bathrooms.

Great Location!

The home was exactly as described in the listing. The private bathrooms connected to each bedroom were perfect for our family! It is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, dining & grocery store.

My only complaint is I wish the backyard was bigger. It was very small. Overall the location and area were great. The house was very clean.

Safety strips or mats for as showers when shower is turned on shower base becomes very slippery.

Lemon chill is an adorable spacious beach house close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The fact that every room has a bathroom is so convenient and the half bath near the kitchen is perfect. Every room has a TV as well. There was plenty of towels, pillows, toiletries, kitchen pots pans and gadgets! I must mention the bedroom downstairs is warm. Not sure if there is an issue with the vent in there but it does have a ceiling fan as well as a small table fan. The backyard is cute. The bbq grill is big and was useful as we grilled 2 nights. It is quite small and pretty dark. A brighter porch light on the side of the house would be helpful. The upstairs balcony could use some chairs as we were not able to enjoy it due to that. The house was clean but could use a good deep cleaning. The floors were dirty as I wiped it down the rag was dirty and kind of black. The mop is old and just as dirty so a new mop would be helpful to clean up spills. Overall the house was super comfortable and spacious for all 12of us!
