Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a ranch-style house, NOT a fancy house. Enjoy the two porches front and back, the patio with BBQ and fire pit, a pool table and ping-pong, a TV in every room, well equipped kitchen and laundry. Close to the beach for surfing, fishing, boating,’snorkeling, diving or just enjoy the Florida sun. Minutes to Saint Lucie river for kayaking, the Intracoastal waterway and plenty of shopping. Free wifi.
The space.
The house is 1.4 miles from Saint Lucie River where you can kayak or go for a trip in the pontoon boat for a small fee. 15 min to the Jensen or Ft Pierce beaches and park. 10 min to the mall and tons of shopping in St Lucie West less than 3 miles away. Walk to CVS. Parks near by with tennis courts and children games.
Hospitals and health care centers less than 5 miles. 90 minutes from Orlando and Miami

The patio with BBQ and fire pit, the back porch with a pool table or ping-pong table. Relax in the front porch with a nice breeze in the lounge chairs.

If you need parking for an RV we have it, you can even connect it for an additional fee. Anything you need, please let us know and we will make every effort to help.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take the trash bins out to the side of the road
Leave the remote control to the garage on the kitchen island
Log out of all the TV s Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc.
Cover the pool table with both covers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
