The Space:

Luxurious beds and has plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Fenced yard.



Everything in this house is brand new. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.

Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 70" Smart television.



Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more.



Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, private bathroom, large closet and 65" Smart TV.



Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.



Security Features: We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Getting Around:

The home is centrally located in Springdale with easy access to major roads. Approximate drive times: Downtown Springdale (5 min), Fayetteville & University of Arkansas (15 min), Rogers (15 min), Bentonville & Crystal Bridges (25 min). Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.(No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.

Home away from home

From arrival, check in was great! From the outside it appears small, but very spacious inside. The house was very clean and neat. The master bedroom was perfect! The mattress was wonderful, my husband loved it. I will say with our group of 8 we had to move the the sitting space chairs to the living room. The couch was on the smaller side. Overall we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed it! Thanks again for hosting our family!
