Summary:
The McKinney House is completely remodeled in the heart of Springdale. Conveniently located blocks from downtown and close to bike trails. Open concept with large living room and kitchen area with a large bar. All granite countertops. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bath 1800 sq/ft home. Lots of seating to enjoy family or friends. Turn on the 70" TV & watch all your streaming channels.

The Space:
Luxurious beds and has plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Big back yard with gas grill.

Everything in this house is brand new. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.

Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, private bathroom, large closet and 65" Smart TV.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Everything was clean and it had all the necessities for a weekend visit. We were there to visit family in Springdale so the location worked well for us. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this place to visit our families in Arkansas it was great to be close to everyone and everything. This will be our to go place in the future when we visit our family again .

Good location for Family Weekend

We stayed here for Arkansas family weekend. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It is an easy drive to campus, but affords room to spread out a bit.

Super Cute House - Simply Perfect!

Loved that the house was clean - my last one was a nightmare - so THANK YOU for investing and maintaining in your property! Decor and space was perfect for any group or simply a couples retreat. Would definitely rent this little jewel again!
