There is also a small martini deck off of the dining room that is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped paver patio with greenery and flowers that then leads you out to a private beach overlooking Sebago Lake. Ride your bikes or take in the scenery by walking around on this quiet dead end road (Ring doorbell for security on front porch facing driveway and back door facing the lake).

If you want to enjoy a day out on the water exploring what Sebago Lake has to offer, this home allows for easy access to rent a boat at a local marina, or bring your own boat that can placed on the mooring overnight and brought to the dock for loading and unloading only (mooring can be rented for watercraft for a nightly fee of $35per night or $200 for the week).  This property offers two kayaks to easily access the mooring or use the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat to leisurely explore the shoreline on a hot summer’s day.
