Stunning Ixtapa Sunsets & Ocean Views - Premier Host

Fully equipped beachfront condo located on the 4th floor with amazing views of the ocean and with balcony sunsets year round. Accommodates 1 to 4 people with king size master bed and sofa beds.

It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with an integrated living / dining / kitchen area and private, wrap-around balcony.

Very experienced landlord / owner and on-site Property Management Team with excellent customer service and feedback. We speak english and spanish.

BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan with remote control. The mattress, sheets and pillows are top quality for extra comfort. There is a built-in closet, and sliding glass doors to the balcony amazing view.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, and glasses, plates, utensils, etc. The intercom system allows quick contact within the complex.

LIVING AREA
Ceiling fan with remote control, and 2 sofa beds. Extra bedding provided. Smart TV, cable, DVD, private high speed Wi-Fi.

BVG
The luxury BVG Marina complex features a resort style infinity pool, children's pools and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. It is very relaxing, private and peaceful. There is a poolside restaurant with excellent waiter service, delicious and subsidised food and drinks. The complex has a small cinema, entertainment room with pool and card tables, floodlit tennis court, gym and full spa. The business center has PCs with free internet access and printers for guest use. Friendly staff 24/7.

CHECK-IN
We make this very easy. We have our local property manager in Ixtapa to meet you at the property to check you in and ensure you have everything you need. They speak English and Spanish.

LOCATION
BVG Marina is located on Playa Palmar and is a 3 minute walk to the Marina, which features several top quality restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chartered fishing trips and catamaran tours can be arranged at the Marina. The Marina Ixtapa Golf Club is located across the street, and is ranked by Golf Digest as one of Mexico's best courses. Ixtapa itself is a small resort town, with the center a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride from the BVG. There are shops, bars, restaurants, banks. Nearby Zihuatanejo is a larger town based around fishing, restaurants on the beach, and has larger supermarkets and many different shops and also a traditional Mexican market.

Stunning Sunset Haven

We had a wonderful time in Ixtapa. Loved the infinity pool and luxurious grounds. Also loved that we were away from the noise of the all inclusive resorts at the other end of the beach. We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful ,quiet condo , walking distance to town of Ixtapa and many great restaurants. Loved the morning walks on the beautiful beach and swimming in the infinity pool .

Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!

The property was in a great location. There were many stores and restaurants in walking distance. The unit itself was nice and clean and fully equipped. It was an added bonus to have a bar/restaurant onsite. I would highly recommend this property. The owner Des Smith was great to work with.

Perfect for two!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We loved starting our mornings with a trip to the pool or beach. After a full day, we could return to the condo to cook dinner, do laundry, and end the evening watching our favorite movies. A big thank you to Des for being so kind and keeping us informed!

Ixtapa 2024 Vacation

We totally loved our warm weather stay at your condo. It had everything we needed! Condo was clean, comfortable and had a great deck to view the awesome sunsets! Fabulous Winter Escape

We were very happy with our stay at BVG Marina condo. Des provided us with the info we needed to prepare for our stay. Javier greeted us at our arrival and provided a tour of the condo and ensured we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to accommodate a special request of roses (Valentines day) from my husband. The condo location is great and had everything we needed. Quick/easy access to the pool and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Our stay was in February and there were lots of people from the US and Canada (snow birds) with extended stays so we were bummed we had to leave after only 1 week. We had lunch most days at the on site restaurant and the food was really good.

Rooms with a view

The complex is very well managed - clean, everything in good repair, staff available and helpful. The 2 pools are in excellent condition and have plenty of chairs and loungers available. The restaurant on site serves very good food and drinks at a reasonable price. The location is convenient, being walking distance to the marina and Ixtapa restaurants, bars and shopping, situated right on the long beach, close to La Puerta for fresh fruit and vegetables (and roast pork from Julio's to take home). Catch a collectivo to Isla Ixtapa or Zihua right outside the complex. Excellent shower, all amenities you might need. Bring some spices of your own if you plan to do much cooking. Also bring binoculars during whale-watching season. But our favourite thing about this apartment was the balcony - private, shady mornings and gorgeous evening sunsets over the hills. We were just at the right height to watch the birds building a nest in the palm tree, and we enjoyed the swallows who came out just after the sun went down. A very relaxing holiday in Ixtapa.

A most relaxing and enjoyable vacation

My husband and I have been to Mexico many times, including Ixtapa but this time we decided to try something other than an all inclusive. I have to say this was the best trip yet. Des, the owner made everything so easy and delivered everything as promised. The condo was perfect for the two of us and the view from the deck was amazing. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was beautiful as well. We emailed the property management company prior to our arrival enquiring about hiring a driver to pick us up and the airport, which they arranged. Xavier, who works for the property management company picked us up, took us grocery shopping and made suggestions on what food and drinks we may like. He even pushed the grocery cart around the store for us! Once we got to the condo, he had cold cervazas waiting for us! The condo was immaculate and had all of the amenities one would need. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't encounter a single "grump" during our entire stay. Thank you again Des, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place - I cannot wait to go back.

HORRIBLE , MISERABLE TIME NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Booked 28 nights but left after 11 nights because of many factors 1) The unit above 506C plays boom, boom music all night long from 7 pm until 7-9 am. So no sleeping! This has been going on per other owners, building security, and administration for over 6 months, and nothing can be done except to threaten to fine the owner!2) Gross, disgusting mattress pad and pillows which the owner did replace.3) The phone was broken despite the lies the owner said was because the building was working on phone lines!! No, it was a broken phone!! 4) The condo was not clean & had broken glass all over the floor. 4) previous reviews are a lie the condo is not fully equipped with all the necessary amenities!! I have never rented a place that does not even provide salt & pepper! You will have to go shopping 5) All bedding needed to be washed & towels also due to filthy conditions!! 6) The owner advertises that all basic soaps & toilet paper are provided! Another lie! 2 small hand soaps are provided which are not big enough to bath with. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided, for 28 nights.No laundry detergent or dish soap. Thank god we brought some Tide pods to wash the gross, disgusting sheets & towels as well as dish soap because all the dishes were gross & disgusting!! 7) Futons & pillows in the living room are smelly and gross, extremely uncomfortable. You will need a chiropractor to adjust your spine after sitting. It costs more to change flights than to stay! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I regret that your stay was not as expected and would like to address your concerns: 1. **Noise Complaints:** We understand your frustration with the noise issue and did everything possible in our control to fix it. However, we now have evidence that the disturbance was exacerbated by your own actions, including provoking the neighbor above while intoxicated and banging on his door. Additionally, there were no reports of noise after 10pm during your stay, which contradicts your statements. No other neighbors reported any issues. 2. **Bedding:** You stripped the bedding to examine what was normal wear and tear. Nevertheless, we immediately replaced the items upon your request to ensure your comfort. 3. **Phone Issues:** The intercom issue was indeed due to building maintenance, as communicated and immediately reported. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 4. **Amenities:** Our listing states that we provide the essentials and longer-term supplies need to be purchased by the guest. Despite this, our team promptly bought you additional items to ensure your satisfaction. Furthermore, I provided you with discounts, paid for bracelets and gave a full refund for the unused nights. My property management team and I also spent considerable time addressing your concerns, most of which were later found to be unfounded. We have since discovered that you have been blocked by several landlords in the building due to similar past behavior and issues. While your feedback also attempts to discredit prior tenants’ reviews, any feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to improving our services. Kind Regards - Des

Súper, muy buen lugar

He ido con mi familia a este condominio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias muy agradables, tanto el departamento como el complejo. En la cocina se encuentra todo lo que se pueda necesitar, la cama es muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas. Tiene dos sofás cama increíbles. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, volveremos muy pronto:).

Great condo

My husband and I rented Des condo for 3 weeks We loved everything about. There was never any issues. The condo was lovely with beautiful sunsets. There was always a chair available at the pool. We also did a lot of walking to so many great restaurants and bars in Ixtapa. We would definitely recommend and rent again from Des. Thank you😎

Wonderful trip!

The condo served our needs. We did not make meals on site but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The futons were very worn and uncomfortable but we spent most of our time enjoying the balcony. Des was quick to respond to any questions we had from the time we reserved our trip to departure. You will not be disappointed in the sunset view!

The lower floors are preferred by renters who prefer not to be too high. On the north facing central tower, the condo stays cooler in the shade during the hot afternoons. This is not only more comfortable for the occupants, it means lower utilities which means we can keep our prices low.
