The house was nicely renovated and had a lot of every day living items included such as utensils and coffee. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space.
Location to stadium was perfect for our 2 night stay. Perfect for 3 people and our short stay. Hosts were communicative throughout process of renting and staying.
We net up for a jaguars game and found this place to be perfect for our group. Very clean and just the right size. Would certainly stay again if we return for another game.
I had a chance to stay here for a full week for work purposes. I was dreading driving through the Jacksonville traffic, so I chose this location. Totally loved it! It was an ideal location to zip in and out of where I needed to go and come back with ease. The property was nice, quaint, and in a quiet area, and it had all of the amenities that we needed. I plan on booking this place the next time I come into town for work!
This house was nicely remodeled and furnished. It is centrally located to many tourist places around Jacksonville nearby the St. Johns river, with easy access to the highway.
Very convenient, clean & affordable. House is a bit old but adds to the overall Jacksonville History & enjoyed being minutes away from all the amazing features that Jacksonville had to offer. Will be back
Property was clean, well decorated with very comfortable beds. Neighborhood is great for dog walking and easy parking along the road. Check in and check out were as described. The communication with the property management after arrival was a challenge. There was an issue with the TV and messages were left without a response. (We later learned two of the messages were sent to an incorrect phone system still listed on VRBO.) Initially the property manager did not take the issue seriously but the General Manager later engaged to resolve the issue. She personally visited and validated there was an issue and the TV would need to be replaced. She also committed to refund a portion of the reservation and would communicate that to me by Monday but as of today (Wednesday), no additional communication has been received. I value the quality of both the accommodation and the service I receive when I travel and although the property met expectations, the communication with management was lacking. I wish the next renter a much better experience.
This property in a safe neighborhood and clean. We will stay again.

Respice Care for Amy and Ryan
My husband and I rented this house for my nephew Ryan and his family when he fell ill while working in Jacksonville. He was admitted to HCA Trauma hospital
Very cute historical neighborhood full of beautiful houses that have been “flipped” into modern homes. We felt safe and it was quiet.
Stayed for weekend to go to a Jaguar’s game. We walked to game. 1.6 miles. But used Uber back to house after a very hot day.
House was clean and nicely organized with everything you may need. Perfect for a weekend stay. Fenced in back yard. Laundry room.
Property managers were excellent in communication and making sure we had everything we needed.
Upon arrival, we discovered a stain on one of the sofas and the ceiling fan in the living room was not working. The kitchen faucet was very loose. We could not get internet connection via the credentials that were given to us, which resulted in me having to use my personal Wi-Fi connection. We had to go out and purchase TV's because there was only one television in the entire house. The cleaning crew did not do a good job because there was animal (dog) hair on the bathroom floor of the master bedroom ... ugh dog hair on my socks :-( ... the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly neighbors ;-). The backyard was a plus. We loved the privacy fence.
