A Piece of Haven in Downtown Atlanta
Located in the historical Joyland neighborhood, this beautiful 4b1.5b home is minutes from I85/I75 and the beltline, and a short drive from the World of Coca-cola, MLK National Park, Centennial Park, Piedmont Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Tabernacle, High Museum of Art, Tyler Perry Studio, etc.
3 of the bedrooms are stylishly decorated to ensure a comfortable stay, and 1 is set up as a 2nd rest/gathering area with a futon bed. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
We have partnered with Yale Access / August Home to make access to your rental easier. Your Airbnb is equipped with a smart lock that gives you property access using your own personal access code during the duration of your stay.
No smoking in or outside of the property.
American cockroaches are a common problem in GA. They usually do not enter your house because they are looking for food, but instead, they enter your home in search of warm air and water. We treat Airbnbs monthly to prevent pests, but unfortunately, we cannot ensure all cockroaches are eliminated. You might also see a spider or two occasionally.
