PROPERTY is full furnished...(1) One Bedroom....NO SMOKING.......Beautiful WATERFRONT Condo complete unit can be used for up to 4, PLEASE note the price is for 1-2, the additional adults are an additional $50.00 per week or less if 3 days or more... for cleaning purposes (sheets, towels etc.....Sunroom is seperate with private glass door for private sleeping area.... the sofa bed in the living room is a double sofa bed Prefer min. 3 day rental but not necessary... Completely redone, Complete FULL kitchen, Jacuzzi Tub in Main Bathroom, Huge organizer closet in master bedroom, Dinning, Living room and a whole other glass enclosed room that can be opened up or used for a bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. This unit is only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico across the street with wonderful white sand beaches and public parking if desired... (but walk is so worth the few minutes). Grocery Stores, restaurants and other great shops to go to.... This is a must see!!! .....

Beautiful Treasure Island

We stayed 2 months in this condo and enjoyed our time. Shawn was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful area to be in with a walking path a block away. The beach is a 15 minute walk and beautiful! The condo is all updated and clean.

Roadtrip with girlfriend

Had an amazing stay! Definitely would want to come back the place is beautiful, close to the beach and restaurant/grocery store. Highly recommend this place for couples!

Treasure Island Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! We worked with Shawn to address some issues early on as there had been a big storm the night before but he was extremely diligent and timely in both responding and acting to help us out despite having a lot going on. Thank you Shawn for the great stay! If we’re in town again, we’ll certainly try to stay here again.
