Overall? Great condo, great location, great accommodations. The condo was clean, had adequate amenities, and spacious! Furnishing were up to date. The boardwalk to the beach was easy! Beach was not overcrowded. 10/10 recommend. I would stay here again!

Great Beach Vacay

Enjoyed the time at the beach. The place is just like the pictures. White sand beach for as long as the eyes can see. This unit is well kept up and the development is too. Liked the wash-off station as you come in from the beach. My dad enjoyed a trip to the nearby Naval museum (which is free).

The view was wonderful, ease of checking/checkout was awesome. The property and amenities were very well kept. I did see a roach a day in the kitchen where the trash is kept and there was trash in the trash cans in each of the bathrooms upon arrival but aside from that…everything was beautiful.

Excellent quiet beach getaway

Balcony view of beach and passing dolphins while having morning coffee and afternoon drinks, quiet private white sand beach. No hassle check in and no long list of duties at check out. Place was clean and kept up nicely. Bar and restaurants wither walking distance. Owner checked often to make sure everything good. Definitely will be back.

Great Perdido Key vacation!

We had a great vacation in Perdido Key. The condo was very spacious. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach view was beautiful. The bayside view across the street was also very pretty. We especially loved the beach area. It was not overly crowded, which was great! It was also nice to have an air conditioned lobby when waiting for the elevators. There is limited parking, but the condo and location made up for it. It was great to be within walking distance of Flora Bama. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved Spanish Key 507!

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed the beach, scenery, & restuarants. The condo needs some deep cleaning. Coach and chairs not comfortable at all and stains on both. Stains on carpets. Several light bulbs burnt out in dark master bathroom. Outside pool was not heated and only gets cleaned as the deem needed. Hot tub also was dirty. Had all the essentials but wished it was cleaner and updated.

Nice location, beautiful view, only minor issues

We really enjoyed the condo, it was in a perfect location and very short walk to beach. There were a few things we would encourage the rental company to address. The toaster is broken, we tried to use it a few times, but it would short out. There is no ice scoop in the ice tray. Master toilet is running constantly. Loud and I am sure it will run up your bill. Entertainment center in queen bed, the knob came off the dresser. Lowes messaged me directly related to a new fridge being delivered, yet the Beach Getaways never notified us of this. We loaded all of our groceries into the fridge, only to have all of our items moved to an old fridge in the dining area. This would have been nice to know going in. The dryer also would steam so bad when we dried clothes we had to the closet door open to vent. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.
