1BR 2BA fully-furnished penthouse in the best location someone could ask for. 150m away from the 5th Avenue, the main pedestrian walk downtown. The apartment has 1 bedroom + a beautiful living room with a pull-out couch and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with oven, full-sized fridge, microwave oven, silverware, pots, pans and everything you need to cook during your stay. This is originally a 2BR ph with a locked-off room that can be rented separately. Should that happen, it has its own separate access. The only shared space is the balcony.

Private rooftop has a private pool, sunbeds, one bathroom and it's an amazing spot where to work on your caribbean-tan at ;)

For stays 28-days or longer, electric will be billed separately. We'll also ask for a 2-times-a-week extra cleaning.

The space is equipped with wifi, 3tv, 1 rooms (king size bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 safe box, electric burners, oven, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and fridge.

The building has 24/7 security, underground parking, one pool on the ground floor + one adults-only pool on the rooftop, playroom with cinema and pool table, business center and and amazing gym.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners. For bookings longer than a week, a mandatory cleaning will be required per week at an extra cost.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

If booking 28 nights or more, we'll take a reading of the light meter at check in and compare it with the reading at the check out. Then charge the guest according to what the CFE app shows.
