Dirty needs cleaning and updated, dishwasher hasn't worked in months and stinks to high heaven

The sheets were dirty, we had to wash on arrival, the front door was wide open when we got there, the floors were dirty around the edges like they weren't vacuumed in months, my wife sprayed some cleaner on the kitchen floor and wiped with paper towels to get the stains out. In all the 4 closets there was 10 coat hangers to share, dresser in the queen bedroom is falling apart, it leans one way or the other and the front of the drawer basically come off, be surprised how far a coat of paint would make the place nicer. Someone could pick the trash out of the landscape, the dishwasher hasn't worked in months, when you open it because the silverware drawer won't open if you don't, there is some gray goo in it that smells horrible, we pulled the silver out of the drawer and left it on the counter so we didn't have to open it. There is good things, the size of the house is very spacious, the Livingroom set was comfy and huge tv, the pool was great, would be nice if it was heated, great location convenient to go places. We do have pictures and videos of before and after we left. We always leave better than when we get there, this one wasn't hard to do, would consider going back there if we knew the placed was cleaned and touched up

Host VRBO had poor communications.

It appeared as someone attempted a breaking as we tried to access the home. Door juggled and door framing only had one nail in it by the ceiling. We immediately took photos of all damages and reported them, along with an exposed wire that hung out of the sliding glass door frame. We were told someone would complete a home inspection the next day at 11 am. We stayed until 2:30 and until this day no one has followed up regarding outlr poor experience. The home does offer a beautiful sunrise if you enjoy that. We had to take our personal items from and to the home when temporarily leaving due to unsure how secure the front door was. My fiance got in using a credit card when he tested it prior to temporarily leaving. It destroyed the card of course.... Have photos to submit but there is not an option. This includes the beautiful sunrise Sunday morning.
