Beautiful Mtn Decor-Family Rm-Wifi-Unlimited SHARC, Pool & Hot Tub, Bikes

WELCOME- to your home-away-from-home on Maury Mountain Lane. This custom, 2000-square-foot home nestled in the trees has wonderful mountain decor furnishings with all the amenities. Everything you need and then some.

Our home is located near Sunriver's Woodland Golf Course. Just a short walk on the bike path will take you to the clubhouse, tennis courts, or the Sunriver Market Place. We also have unlimited SHARC passes.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a stone gas fireplace, cozy setting with a vaulted cedar ceiling, which overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with three more at the counter.

There is access to the top deck from the dining area where you will find a gas barbecue, umbrella table, love seat glider, and seating for more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck.

The lower level is where you find the cozy family room. You have access to the lower deck where the hot tub is and a chairlift swing for those relaxing days. Off the family room is the second master suite which has a queen-size bed.

Bedroom three is also off the family room which has two sets of bunk beds, with one set having a double-size bed on the bottom. Bathroom three is off bedroom three and the family room. The laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are plenty of bikes for the whole family and friends. We also have a foosball table and a ping pong table.

We have all the bikes you will need. There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore.

** We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! These passes give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools, tubing hill, tennis courts and the Sunriver owners boat launch.

This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Sunriver. We went sledding at Bachelor, swam at SHARC and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub at the house. The house was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Great homebase to all the fun for family of six!

We vacationed in Sunriver to celebrate college graduations. This house is located close to all the fun things we had planned and provided the comfort of a family home where we could gather and relax after our busy days. We took the ski lift up Mt. Bachelor, hiked to Benham Falls, watched Bend's fireworks shot off Pilote Butte, had an excellent dinner at Sunriver Brewery, rode bikes to The Village and around the trails, and had extended family from Bend join us for a BBQ.

The house was very clean, and was nicely decorated with upgraded finishes. There was enough space and entertainment for two families with teenagers. 8 passes to the SHARC and the marina, plus bikes, foosball, ping pong, hot tub, and comfy spots to hang out (indoors and out) made for an awesome vacation home.

Perfect place to give 'thanks'!

I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of quality pots and pans, dishes, knives, and tableware. It made it easy to cook for Thanksgiving! This is not the case with other rentals. The instructions are clear and the hosts were very timely in their responses to our questions. We would stay in the property again!

Peaceful retreat

This is a beautiful home and property. Although its tucked between other houses, it still provided privacy with great wooded views. We loved riding the bikes provided, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and warm blankets for the evening. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We popped into the Village at Sunriver to explore and ate at a yummy place called The Wallow. The ping pong table was fun. We recommend this place!

The photos do not do this home justice. It was lovely and so so cozy and nicer than the photos show. We were very surprised when we walked in! There is a storage space under the stairs that my daughter made into a cozy room for herself to hide from all the noise. Lots of separation made it nice for our family of 9 to feel like we could be together but have our privacy.

Lovely North Sunriver Home

Our annual "girls trip" to Sunriver, we had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and very well appointed. The owners did an excellent job or leaving instructions around the property for our benefit. We did not take advantage of the Sharc passes, but it was nice to know they were thee if we wanted them. We did need to reach out a couple of time for minor issues, and Clark was quick to reply. We liked it so much we have rented it again, for our 2025 trip.

Beautiful Home

Could not have asked for a more amazing home! Loved all the cabin decor, super clean, lots of towels, comfy beds, nice big deck & loved the hot tub. Played quite a few games of ping pong & the bikes got a lot of use. Communication with owners was super easy & really appreciated the keyless entry and so nice not dealing with keys as family members are coming and going. Was very smoky due to fires for 2 of the days and with Covid the sessions for SHARC filled up fast so did not use passes this time around. We will Definitely will be staying here again!! Hopefully soon!

My wife and I both love Sunriver so much, we not only own 4 properties here, and we live here part time. We take great pride in each of our homes and condos. These are also our homes and this how we treat them. We are continually updating and improving each property, as our repeat guests will tell you.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our Maury Mtn home when our children were young. We vacationed here several times a year and just fell in love with Sunriver. There is just an endless amount of activities in and around Sunriver.

What makes this property unique

Our home is just 3 home lots away from the 40+ miles of bike trails in Sunriver, which is one of our favorite things to do. After a long bike ride or day on the mountain, the hot tub is a must.
