Well, the house is 270 sq.m. a large private property of 5000 sq.m. The main entrance leads to a spacious open-plan living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove with cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. One level above the basement there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a w.c. Upstairs level there is a master room with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom.The whole building has large verandas with great sea views.The crystal clear blue waters are just a quick descent or three minutes drive.You have double access to the beach, two tavernas next door on the water and the village of Kardiani is 4 km from the house.It is a traditional village, like a balcony in front of the Aegean and never failed to charm every visitor that went there.
