Family vacation

We had a great time and had plenty of space for two adults and five kids. The pool was great and the home owners thought of every little detail. The beach was only a short drive. We would recommend for families that want to spend some time at the beach but also private swimming!

We had a great time! The place was clean, comfortable, and just an absolute great place all around. They have the most descriptive and helpful binder including rules and ALL kinds of activities and suggestions. Quiet neighbors, great place to rest!! I will recommend this place to any friends going to St Petersburg!

The family had a lovely time. Property was clean spacious and well decorated. Could have used more glassware and silverware for our gang. Also could use a full length mirror somewhere in the house. Otherwise we all enjoyed the stay.

ABOUT THIS HOME:
Large home with 5 bedrooms and 3 renovated bathrooms. The common areas of this fully renovated home has multiple sitting areas to choose from, which really makes this ideal for large families. The cozy poolside cabana with an outdoor tv is fantastic. We have Smart TVs at every turn in this home. Wireless internet is provided so log right into your apps and watch your favorite shows or stream some tunes!


LOCATION:
This home is in a superb location. Just a 5-6 minute drive to Madeira Beach or 22 minutes to downtown St. Pete! Minutes from shopping and restaurants as well.

The pool is very large and it is serviced professionally weekly. Option to heat pool from 1 October - 30 April. Cost to heat is $25/night.


BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. \Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.


PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $125 and should be included in your guest count when reserving home. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).
