You will love your stay in this beautifully remodeled home centrally located in the heart of San Antonio. Complete with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Fresh and modern aesthetic, and of course, cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

6 minutes from the San Antonio Airport
4 minutes from The Alamo Quarry
5 minutes from Northstar Mall
8 minutes from the Pearl Brewery
10 minutes from the River Walk
12 minutes from The Alamo
15 minutes from Fort Sam Houston
20 minutes from Lackland AFB

Spacious 2 bedroom house, with living room, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, large dining room, bathroom, backyard, carport parking, outdoor picnic table.
Dedicated desk/workspace in both bedrooms.
2 queen size beds, and 2 additional air mattresses for extra guests.
Large 65” Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services in living room.
Large closets to store luggage, hang clothes.
Ironing board, hair dryer and other essentials included.

You will have a dedicated parking spot under the carport in the driveway. There is also always plenty of street parking available for additional vehicles. Local bus stops very nearby, Uber and Lyft always available within minutes.

There are 3 units total on the property. This main house, a guest suite, and a small guest house located in the backyard. During your stay there may be other guests in the other units, but every unit has it's own private entrance. Backyard access will be shared with other potential guests staying in the backyard casita. Please no excessive noise to ensure all potential guests have an enjoyable experience.

Kinder St needs a little kindness

Lovely space and we may go back. Plusses: the bed , the shower, the TV , kitchen but no toaster, designated smoking. Cons: dusty fan blades, no toaster, apparently no washer/dryer, could use safety bars in shower

left after 1st night

Place was clearly not ready for guests. Only good thing was the large TV. Contacted the owner that we were leaving after 1 night instead of staying the 4 nights we paid for because of cleaning issues, very uncomfortable furniture, overgrown not kept up yard and the neighborhood was sketchy. We left the place cleaner than we found it. Never even heard back from him.
