Great stay

We were displaced due to the hurricane and the house worked out great. Very accommodating and helpful in our time of need.

Happy Holidays 2023

A cute urban oasis that provided warmth and comfort during the chaos of the holidays with family and friend. It was the perfect place for me and my family.

There are some good things to say about this house. The price is low, there is parking on the property (so you don’t have to leave your car on the street), there are TVs in every room, and the kitchen is spacious. However, the property has seen a lot of wear and tear. The couch is in poor condition, and the bed covers and pillowcases have holes and tears. There are also holes in the walls, and the dust on the A/C vents looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The shower has little to no water pressure, so it takes forever to rinse the soap off. Every room has a ceiling fan, which is a nice touch, but they are all loud and covered in grime.Overall, I’d recommend this place for the price, but it definitely needs some maintenance and updating.

Kinder St needs a little kindness

Lovely space and we may go back. Plusses: the bed , the shower, the TV , kitchen but no toaster, designated smoking. Cons: dusty fan blades, no toaster, apparently no washer/dryer, could use safety bars in shower

left after 1st night

Place was clearly not ready for guests. Only good thing was the large TV. Contacted the owner that we were leaving after 1 night instead of staying the 4 nights we paid for because of cleaning issues, very uncomfortable furniture, overgrown not kept up yard and the neighborhood was sketchy. We left the place cleaner than we found it. Never even heard back from him.

Dollar Tree toiletries . Dishwasher would completely come out of wall when open. Back door never fully locked. Couch was old and had faux leather that was peeling and very worn. Bedroom door wouldn't completely close. Ceiling fans never cooled the room. I dont understand how this property has so many good reviews, I was definitely deceived. This trip was for my daughter's birthday and it was not what we had expected.
