Guest Access:
When you arrive at the Residential La Arboleda booth, you will need to show an identification and give the address where you are going.

We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

We have 2 parking spaces reserved for you.

The subdivision where the property is located is secure and totally private (controlled access). It has 24hrs security.

The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located. The shopping center Plaza Diamante Juriquilla is 3 minutes away by car, and Antea Lifestyle Center is 11 minutes away, there you will find a variety of stores, cafes, ice cream parlors, banks, cinemas and more activities to do.

Bicentenario Park is only 10 minutes away.

The closest supermarket is Bodega Aurrera 6 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 2 minutes away.

Queretaro has something for everyone, you just have to choose where to start your experience. History, culture, adventure and a thousand other things.

Getting Around:
The drive from Queretaro International Airport to the property is approximately 45 minutes. We suggest you arrive by car. You can take a taxi at the airport, use mobility apps or rent a car from one of the agencies when you land.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!

Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $350 MXN

Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils.

Reservations are required to use the swimming pool.

Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
