This 2BR / 2.5BA home comes completely furnished and has been decorated with premium updates throughout its renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The unit is West facing with unobstructed views which will allow you to enjoy gorgeous sunsets every evening, along with relaxing views of both the Gulf and Sound from your secluded patio.

Portofino is a resort community nestled at the intersection of Pensacola Beach and the undeveloped Gulf Islands National Seashore. Enjoy easy access to the beaches, multiple pools, tennis courts, a fitness facility, and on-site dining among other amenities.

The unit includes one parking spot in the covered garage along with cable, internet, and TV. Renter is responsible for the amenity package with Portofino. Discounts are offered for rentals that are longer than one week, and the unit may be available for monthly or seasonal rentals in addition to the nightly availability listed on the website.
