Come watch the moon rise over the water from your living room or deck. Water views abound from this lovely home situated in a scenic pocket on the Intracoastal in Hobe Sound. Perched on stilts in a charming area with all the lush growth that only old Florida can offer. Plenty of light enters the expansive great room with vaulted ceiling and many windows to take in the extensive water views from living room, kitchen and bedrooms as well. Private shallow water dock and a boat launch. Plenty of room for boat trailer in side driveway. Just one mile from the beach (1/2 mi as the crow flies), you can sometimes hear the waves washing up on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and all other amenities. Many golf courses in close proximity. Several waterfront restaurants just 10 minutes away. Come kayak out your front door or take a bike ride along the ocean and enjoy all that Florida has to offer!

Little bit of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This rental was very comfortable, had all the amenities of home, and an overall peaceful karma. Very convenient location to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the beach is a beautiful walk from the rental. The owner was a call away and was very attentive to ensure all expectations were met. Just a lovely property!

Venture on the River

Loved the setting. Watching the boats go by was so awesome!! House had a fun Key West feel. Michelle was fabulous with communication. Would love to rent again!

Why they chose this property

If you want to vacation in a property unique to any other on this site, this is the place for you. Situated by the water and built on stilts, it is like you have your own private treehouse. The landscaping and location is such that you cannot see another house out any of your windows . All you see is water and beautiful foliage.
You will have two kayaks and two bicycles at your disposal, as well as beach chairs, etc, so you can truly enjoy the area by land or sea.
