This private cottage is one of three cottages on .35 acres, there is a shared outdoor space with picnic table and gas grill. Two blocks to Lassing park and the water. Just one mile south of downtown St Petersburg. Quiet area close to everything. This studio has a beautiful modern kitchen and private parking on alley behind the property.

Great stay

Checkin was smooth. Tom left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Very modern , clean, and complete with everything you need for a great stay. Love the details in everything. Crisp Ralph Lauren sheets and Tommy Bahamma bedspread.

This was a great house. The pictures were good, but it is definitely much cuter in person. It was a very clean place and Tom was very helpful with the check in process.

Cleanliness not up to standard

Good location. Floor dirty. Fingernail clippings on floor and furniture. Tan chair dirty and stained. Did not feel comfortable sitting in it. Could use some good coffee mugs.

Great Studio in Old Southeast

Cozy, comfortable, well-appointed studio - a great space with everything I needed. Great location close to downtown. Look forward to staying again!

Lovely little cottage!

Great stay at this place, had a little trouble finding it at night but the owners answered our call right away and we're able to direct us. Was so nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and the coziest little place. Had everything we needed and I would stay here again! Bed was very comfy too!
