Great Weekend In Jersey

Awesome piece of property to spend our weekend in Jersey. We had a blast. The backyard is the hotspot where we spent most of our time catching up w/ family. From fishing off the dock w/ the kids, to the kayaks, to the fire pit. We took advantage of it all. We had two toddlers with us. The house already had kids toys, high chairs and pack and plays for kids to sleep. They also had some video games and board games set up too. 2 bedrooms down stairs w/ a small bathroom. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom was nice to relax in with the big walk in shower and bathtub. Thanks again, we had a great time. We plan on visiting the area again towards the end of the year and we will be staying here again if it is available. Thank you!

Perfect for our occasion!

We have many children and several came in, from out of state, for our sons wedding. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The lake, the dock and the patio area, (with fire pit) were enjoyed. The house is on a busy road but the backyard is another world. Kitchen was well equipped. With 2 1/2 bathrooms, we were all able to shower and get ready easily for a formal affair. Many thanks to our host! Communication was great. We even added an extra day last minute with no issues. Thank you again for helping our special event be unforgettable!

Marlton Lakes is a private community with beautiful bike trails nearby, 2 private community sand beaches and 2 nearby parks (Black Water Bird Watch Sanctuary and Aerohaven sand park for mountain bikes). There is a farm nearby where you can watch animals/get fresh eggs and meat and "Digger Land" where you can engage in a very unique amusement park.

What makes this property unique

This place is very close to city of Philadelphia (only 40 minute drive), yet offers you swimmable lake, hikes in nature preserve, fishing, multiple amusement parks, shopping and all the other conveniences of the city within short drive away. Atlantic City and beaches are less than an hour away if you get tired of the lake!
