We offer complimentary kayaks & paddle board for your enjoyment.
Our home features premium bedding, a fireplace, and stocked kitchen. Lake access is included, so you can fully immerse yourself in the stunning location.
Swim within the designated area marked by a floating rope & use water devices in our bay & not far from our beach.

All of our beds, bedding, and towels are brand new, and our vintage inspired kitchen features a new stove.

Each room has been thoughtfully designed by our talented interior designer to offer a cozy cabin-inspired look, with windows showcasing views of pine and flowering trees.

Our private beach is just a three-minute walk away, where you can swim, use our complimentary kayaks & paddle boards, walk your furry friend, play volleyball, or simply bask in the sun.

In the winter, parking in front makes unloading a breeze.

Our 17-acre site is completely gated, with access to our private beach exclusively for owners and their guests.

Conveniently park right in front of the Lakeside Nest providing hassle-free unloading, especially during the winter months.

Rest assured, we are available 24/7 via phone or text to assist you in any way possible.

Nestled within a private, gated, lakefront community, our property boasts 17 stunning acres.

Enjoy a quick, three-minute stroll to our private beach, all within the confines of our gated community.

With us, you'll have the luxury of lake rights, a rarity among Lake Arrowhead rentals.

This means you can legally swim, kayak, and boat on our private Lake Arrowhead beach, creating endless possibilities for aquatic adventures.

When using our water toys please stay close to our beach. Because we are members of the Lake Arrowhead Association you can go to the ALA office, pay $10 per person - age 15 or older - in order to hike around the lake trails owned by the ALA.

Rest easy knowing that parking is always free and plentiful directly in front of our Lakeside Nest!

Please wear life vests when using our water toys and children must also. If you decide not to wear our new provided life vests you do so at your own risk. CHILDREN MUST WEAR THE PROVIDED LIFE VEST when using the kayaks or paddle boards
Please note one dog per rental. Dogs must have tick & flea prevention. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and beds.

Please note all guests sign a short-term rental agreement & agree to provide a government-issued ID, selfie to match ID & to agree to a low cost damage waiver as provided by Super Hog.

Lake Arrowhead Get Away

We had a wonderful time staying in this place. The owners were very responsive to my questions. We loved the private beach and our ability to bring our dog to the lake as well. The place was clean and very nice. There are a lot of nice touches throughout. We used the paddle boards which was fun. They welcomed us with cookies and delicious sourdough bread! They also left a special gift basket for our pup! So sweet and he really liked it! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish we could book the place for half a week instead of the whole week. Also, it was very hot when we were there and the freezer had extra cookies and loaves of bread so we didn't have a lot of space for ice. They only have ice trays, which wasn't enough for us. Maybe only one extra set of bread and cookies instead of two. We didn't feel like we could take them out of the freezer (although I probably could have eaten a second loaf of bread). The umbrella on the deck was missing the extension pole so had to put it on the table. I had to use a flashlight to see things in my suitcase in the master bedroom due to low lighting. We are older so eyes not so great. These are very minimal things I would change. I think anyone that stays here will really enjoy themselves!

Amazing experience. Superb host, views and amenities.

We had a great time because this townhouse is right on the lake and decorated like an upscale cabin. Parking is right in front which made it easy unload our luggage. It took us about 3 minutes to walk to the private lake beach which is beautiful and large. There is even a separate dog beach and our dog swam in the lake and really had fun. The space is newly renovated and all the bedding and towels are new. Overall the space was very well done and cozy with a fireplace we used every night. We had a good time using the ping pong table and cooked some great meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The space is very charming. We will definitely be back.

Our neighborhood is situated on the only peninsula in Lake Arrowhead, offering stunning views and a unique experience. A short distance away is Blue Jay Village, where a gourmet grocery store, shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy can be found. Additionally, the charming Lake Arrowhead Village is nearby and is a hub of activity with fantastic dining options and great shopping, including a Coach store.

During our search for the perfect property, this location caught our attention due to its ideal spot just a few minutes' walk from Lake Arrowhead on the largest private beach. Being able to access the lake with just a few steps is truly awe-inspiring and allows us to appreciate the beauty of nature every day. We are located on a 17 acre community full of flowering trees and massive pine trees. While there are many rentals in Lake Arrowhead, only a select few offer the luxury of a private lake and the largest private beach on the lake, which we're excited to share with our guests.
