It has 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and a private parking within the premises itself. Visit Downtown and be prepared to be surprised by the vibrant blend of historic and modern. Don't forget the famous Riverwalk that is 15 miles long lined with cafes and restaurants. Also, don't forget the Tower of Americas and the Alamo. Come and join the fun!

It works well for a large group

The house is well decorated generally clean but there are a few instances like broken doors, some dirt/hair and exposed nails. I would recommend bringing your own towels or bedding if you want your full deposit back. It’s very close to downtown, but that also means to be aware of your surroundings and ensuring your car and doors are secure.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

Don’t stay here.

The bad: Upon arrival on a 107 degree day the air conditioning hadn’t been on. We had to call someone to fix the a/c and did not cool down until late that night. There was a bunch of spiders in the showers. The kitchen was not stocked very well. The towels were poor quality and very small. We had also read in the reviews to be careful with the towels if we wanted our deposit back. We were careful and we left our towels clean. After checkout I was sent a photo of dirty towels. The photo was not taken at the house that we stayed at. And $225 of my deposit was taken and never returned. I’ve been calling the office for weeks trying to discuss the issue and it was never resolved and I was never able to speak with anyone except one woman. The good: The location is great if you are going to the Alamodome and convention center. It fit 11 of us comfortably. The separate mother in law suite was perfect for a couple in our group.
