Summary:
This luxurious 2 BD / 2 BA penthouse offers king and queen bed suites, a cozy balcony with breath-taking views, all the essentials and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, Smart TV's w/ Netflix, a record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is just a short walk to trendy 30th St and all of its restaurants, bars, and shops as well as just a 10 min drive to downtown or 15 min drive to the airport / beach.

The Space:
From the finely appointed furnishings and 12’ ceilings, to the incredible views and fully stocked toiletries, you’ll fall in love with this brand-new penthouse set amongst the centrally located and trendy North Park.

Guest Access:
Guests may use building amenities such as the lobby lounge as well as the outdoor fire place, BBQ and dining area, community kitchen and lounge.

The Neighborhood:
North Park is one of San Diego’s hippest neighborhoods and is full of trendy bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. Just a short walk from the unit is 30th St, which is the heart and soul of North Park. From record and vintage clothing stores, to tattoo parlors and even a Target, North Park has an eclectic and vibrant mix of retail shops. If you want to enjoy a concert, look no further than The Observatory, which brings in a large number of nationally known acts.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

Our host thought of everything! … so many amenities from toiletries to beach chairs. The unit was very clean and in great condition. Parking was safe and secure in a parking garage with a dedicated parking spot. The location was perfect, we could walk to dinner, a grocery store and a great farmers market. San Diego vacation

I would definitely stay here again. We vacationed in San Diego and this space had a great personal patio area. A large patio area in the second floor that anyone in the building can share. It was not crowded and had plenty of seating, even had a fire pit to make s'more's with the kids. It was large enough for our 7 year old to play soccer. The space also had beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and toys.
