Completely rebuilt and brand new this is a refined, sleek yet cozy home designed for entertaining in luxury. Indoor and outdoor amenities abound; living room with 28 foot ceilings, large dining room, chef's kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances and rich marble countertops The family room has its own pavilion, and the waterfront pool with baja shelf and adjacent summer kitchen set within a huge ipe wood deck with a dock steps away. No parties, No DJs, No loud music.

Quiet Hours 10pm - 9am.
Breaking these rules is grounds to be removed from property without refund.
Reasons for forfeiture of security deposit:

-Exceeding 20 people at any time without prior written consent
-DJ and/or external sound not already on the property
