*The exterior of the complex is currently undergoing construction and repairs from Hurricane Harvey and the 2021 Freeze. They recently started repairing the elevator in our complex, so the elevator is out of commission. Inside the rental unit is peaceful and relaxing for you to enjoy while you explore the Coastal Bend!*

Welcome to Surfside Retreat. Updated rental with fantastic bay views. Relax in the living area, listen to the ocean from the balcony, or enjoy the Roku TV. Fall asleep on the new queen memory foam mattress in the bedroom. Bunk beds, and a queen size memory foam sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 max. Beach is steps away. Two pools and BBQ area. Be our guest. Daily and weekly rates available.

The condo is located on Corpus Christi's North Beach. The area in front of the condo feels like your own private beach. North Beach is a nice, quiet area. We are within walking distance to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a 2 mile walkway along the beach.

- Must be 21 or older in order to book with us
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Guests are allotted two vehicles per unit. Additional cars are $10 per car, up to 4 cars
- One time check-in resort fee of $15
- Unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs
- Check-in after 3 PM and Check-out by 11 AM
- Please take out trash and do dishes before leaving
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. $250 cleaning fee will apply
- Damages to property could result in fines

Beach in December

Booked here to get away from Christmas Atmosphere, was very nice. No construction at the time and the elevator did work. I more than likely come back one day.

Fast and easy checkin !! Nice little relaxing getaway spot! Yes there was construction going on but nothing out the way!! Wonderful little spot!

Horrible condo, stay away!

The listing said there was some exterior work being done, not a big deal, I can handle that. BUT NO, THE WHOLE PLACE WAS BEING REDONE! Saw a construction permit that stated steel interior work was being done. The condo was so small and the bathroom has a pipe coming out of the ceiling leaking water into the tub. The owner said, oh yea, forgot to tell you about that, it's just the AC condensation pipe, it's NORMAL! I don't think so!! Stay away from this run down hell hole.

We have had great experiences with VRBO vacation rentals which prompted us to want to share our property with others. We love the beach and ocean and have always enjoyed vacationing in the gulf coast area in Texas, especially Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas. In fact, after purchasing our condo, we decided to move to the area and now live here full-time. We love to dine out and enjoy the fresh seafood found in the area. As a host we want to provide an attractive and inviting setting where you can relax and enjoy your time with a home-like atmosphere.
