“Sandy Pages” is a high-end, newer construction on the quiet, private cul-de-sac Page Street, located in the heart of Cape May’s historic district. This single-family home boasts four en-suite bedrooms, including a coveted first floor bedroom en-suite. New in 2026 is an additional fifth bedroom, on the third floor which is ideal as a kids bedroom, with three additional beds. This well-appointed home features high-end furnishings, two 60” Smart TVs, a gourmet quartz kitchen, Ipe decking, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, and patio with gas grill. Linens, towels (excluding beach towels), are included in the pricing for the WEEKLY stays only! There are no linens and towels provided for stays under a week. There will be a beach box for the 2026 season.Leave your car at the house for your entire stay and enjoy the close proximity to all that Cape May has to offer. This home is centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Washington Street Mall, and adjacent to the Cape May Day Spa. Off street parking for three cars with access to an EV charger. Rental includes professional cleaning before check-in and on-call professional property management service and free high speed WiFi. This home can be rented in tandem with the sister house at 910 Page Street. Perfect Cape May House!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend in Cape May! Very spacious and clean. An easy ~10 minute walk to the main strip for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

This house is in a great location. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and into town, also very close to the grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay at this property again!

Great Stay!

The home was perfect and met our family’s needs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great location on a quiet dead-end street just outside of town. Well within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. Communication with the property management team was excellent. Beautiful home, perfect location

This home is exactly as described and absolutely beautiful newer construction. It was also perfectly located within easy walking distance to Washington street mall, Congress hall, beach, restaurants, etc. Really enjoyed our stay to Cape May and highly recommend this home.

Girls Trip

Had the absolute BEST time on our girls trip to celebrate my best friend. The entire check in & out process was super easy and the house was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don’t compare, we will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed and was close to town. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. This house is not rented out through Vrbo though so the initial process of renting it was a bit confusing and required a lot more than just booking through Vrbo. I would still recommend though!

Great Getaway

Went with a group of seven friends for a long weekend. House was in a great location making it easy to get to most destinations walking. It was very clean and just as seen in photos. Loved every bedroom had their own bathroom. Both front porch and back were great for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine before dinner. Appreciated the car charger. We look forward to visiting again.

Girls weekend 2023

great kitchen, perfect location, was on dead end street so no traffic. Easy walk to everything we never needed to use the car. The four bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom made getting us all ready at the same time a breeze.

Great house!

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 2 children). The management company was responsive and helpful leading up to our stay answering all of our questions. I would recommend this house to anyone. I only have two negative comments. One, the house wasn’t cleaned very well before we checked in. The glass dining table and countertops were very dirty and there was dirt on the floor in various spots, seemingly all from the last tenants. Thankfully there were cleaning supplies and a vacuum at the house so we simply wiped everything up ourselves… but still a little annoying to have to do that. And two, the street is very small and tight and there was construction going on two houses down while we were checking in. We had to ask the builders to move their trucks and hold their work so we could pull into the street. Then they power washed our house during the first two hours of our stay so we were trapped inside during that time and couldn’t enjoy the porch or the backyard. Thankfully though, we didn’t encounter any other construction-related inconveniences during the remainder of our stay. I would definitely come back!
