Luxury Seabrook Beachfront w/Spectacular Sunsets
Escape the everyday hustle and relax in this romantic, beachfront Seabrook bungalow with direct boardwalk access to a private beach with spectacular sunset views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Edisto River. Newly renovated with all new Big Chill appliances, fully stocked kitchen, marble counter tops and luxury finishes. Amenity cards and one vehicle pass included.
As you enter the front door, the king bedroom is to your left, with a full en suite bathroom with tub and shower, a closet with hangers provided, 6 drawer dresser, TV, and a small desk. A second hallway bathroom includes a shower (no tub). The kitchen includes an Big Chill stove with induction cooktop (induction friendly pots and pans present), microwave, blender, toaster, small Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, panini grill, and a regular coffee pot. A stacked washer/dryer unit is off the kitchen. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a pull out queen sofa bed.
Pelican Watch Villas are approx. 4 miles from Bohicket Marina & Market and from Freshfields Village with a grocery store and retail shopping, as well as coffee shops and several wonderful restaurants. You'll also be about 7 miles from Kiawah Beachwalker Park and 25 miles from historic downtown Charleston.
The Beach Club (seasonal), with the main (oceanfront) pools, chaise lounges, poolside bar, and the Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant, is a short 0.5 mile walk from Pelican Watch. Across from the Beach Club is the Seabrook Island House where you can dine with ocean views in the Palmetto Room, or have a cocktail and/or dinner with golf course views in the Bohicket Lounge. The Island House is also home to the pro shop and clubhouse for the two Seabrook Island golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds.
FREE Amenity Cards are included with the rental, which are required to access all Seabrook Island amenities: the Lake House (heated indoor pool, outdoor lakeside pool with a kiddie pool, playground, fitness center, fitness classes, and library), the Beach Club (oceanfront pools and Pelican’s Nest restaurant), 3 restaurants (Palmetto Room and Bohicket Lounge at the Seabrook Island House, and Pelican’s Nest at the Beach Club), two championship golf courses (Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds), Equestrian Center and tennis and pickle ball at the Racquet Club. Greens fees, dining charges, fitness classes, etc, will be charged to the amenity card and are your responsibility. The Lakehouse indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a small beach bag, a bag cooler, and sand toys for children are present at the condo for your use. Pack and play, kid friendly eating utensils/plates/cups, and a table top high chair available if needed.
Additionally, the amenity card is required for the two towel machines conveniently located near the Beach Club pools. To elevate the Beach Club experience, only official club-provided towels are permitted. Members, guests, and renters need their Amenity Card handy to access them. The towels are microchipped and must be returned by closing time to avoid a $20 replacement fee. Neither pets nor coolers are allowed at the Beach Club.
You’ll need to preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. When applying for the amenity card, you’ll need to provide a credit card to which all charges will be applied during your stay. Seabrook is a cashless island and does not accept personal credit cards, and anything you eat, drink or do gets charged to the amenity card during your stay and then to your credit card upon checkout.
As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes, $50/vehicle, for stays 1-179 nights. The cost of one vehicle is included in your rental fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
Please note that this is a strictly Non-smoking and No Pet property. We must be notified of any service animal prior to booking to arrange additional cleaning services. An additional $250 fee will be applied for any unauthorized pets, smoking, or parties.
Additional area information, including instructions regarding Seabrook gate access, amenity cards, and condo access will be sent following approval and confirmation of the booking.
Pelican Watch Villas does not allow LSV's or trailers to be parked in the parking lot at any time.
