Fast perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, perfekt mit allem ausgestatet. Sehr sauber und tolle Lage, mit angrenzenden Wald. Alle Örlichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Die unterhalb vorbeilaufende Ortsdurchfahrtsstrasse hat uns zu keiner Zeit gestört auch nicht mit offenen Fenstern. Einzig die fehlende Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafraum haben wir ein wenig als negativ empfunden. 100% zu empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub auf Usedom

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Da wir einen Hund mit hatten, ist die lage am Waldrand ideal.

Doppelter-Flop

Nach Buchung und Studium der vorliegenden Bewertungen haben wir uns entschlossen, die Reise erst gar nicht anzutreten!! Der Aufenthalt in einer Raucherwohnung, zudem beschallt von "Rund um die Uhr- Verkehrslärm" entspricht nicht unserer Vorstellung von Urlaub. Vermieterseits wurde keine (Teil-)Rückzahlung weder geleistet noch angeboten!!

Flop

Hübsche Ferienwohnung und herrliches Wetter, also beste Voraussetzungen für schöne Ferientage. In der Fewo war das Fernsehgerät defekt, was ich meiner Ansprechpartnerin noch am Anreisetag mitgeteilt habe. Sie wollte sich um Abhilfe bemühen, aber es geschah nichts, wodurch ich mich aber nicht beeinträchtigt sah. Da ich per Flug angereist war, war ich auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Diese konnte ich jedoch nicht nutzen, da mein Hund (Bolonka, 3,8kg) keinen Maulkorb hatte. Und zum Kauf eines solchen hätte ich nach Swinemünde reisen müssen, was ohne Verkehrsmittel nicht realisierbar war. Strandwanderungen waren ebenso nicht möglich, weil am Strand vom 01.05.-30.09. Hunde verboten sind. Als ich einmal die Grenzen eines Hundestandes um wenige Meter überschritten hatte, wurde ich von einem jungen Mitarbeiter des Ordnungsamtes mit rüden Beschimpfungen des Strandes verwiesen. Dann habe ich den für den Flug benötigten Hunderucksack eingesetzt, aber auch mit dem Hund auf dem Rücken wurde ich vom Strand vertrieben. Während der letzten Tage habe ich meine Aktivitäten auf Waldspaziergänge reduziert. Das hätte ich in meiner Heimat, dem Odenwald, auch haben können. Insgesamt bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass es hier um die Frage Hund oder nicht Hund ging. Nach meinem Eindruck sind "Wessis" auf Usedom nicht gern gesehen. Schade.

Hochwertig ausgestattet in einer Villa wohnen

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage: 700m bis zum Strand bzw. zur Seebrücke Heringsdorf und hinter dem Haus beginnt unmittelbar der herrliche Kur-und Heilwald. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe sind die Räume eingerichtet. Viele nützliche Utensilien sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig einen Punkt bitten wir zu verbessern: Sowohl die Bettwäsche, als auch die großen Handtücher bitte mit Hygienespüler waschen, sie rochen unangenehm. Vielleicht ist es auch eine Option, in Zukunft WLAN anzubieten.
