Discover the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation at our beach house, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our beach house offers a serene retreat for families and friends seeking a tranquil getaway.

Step inside to find a spacious, open-concept first floor featuring the kitchen, a cozy family room, and a dining area that leads out to a delightful screened porch. The first floor also boasts a master bedroom with a luxurious King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet, providing a private oasis for rest and relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a charming single bedroom, all sharing a well-equipped bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The well appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a KitchenAid mixer, Keurig and Mr. Coffee drip coffee makers, and an array of essential gadgets. We've even stocked the kitchen with basic spices and oils, ensuring that you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

Outdoor living is equally inviting, with multiple porches and seating areas to enjoy. Whether you prefer rocking your cares away on the deep front porch, unwinding in the screened porch's comfortable seating, or dining al fresco on the back porch, you'll find the perfect spot to soak in the island's natural beauty. The back yard features a cozy seating area and a beloved fire pit, ideal for gathering under the stars.

For added convenience, we've included two wash-off stations, including an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, as well as a designated area for rinsing off sandy shoes, feet, and beach toys. Ample storage space is available under the front porch steps for your beach gear, ensuring that everything stays organized and easily accessible.

Parking is a breeze with our U-shaped driveway, and we provide a 4-seater golf cart for your enjoyment. Please note that as club members, amenity cards are available for purchase, granting access to a range of island amenities, including golf, tennis, restaurants, swimming pools, and the fitness room. Additional fees apply for amenity card purchases, and the resort will add a 13% island fee to your rental for amenity card usage.

Beautiful Home Away from Home

Our family and our teenagers friends had a wonderful time at Fripp. We really enjoyed our stay on Sandpiper Run! The home had everything we needed. The location was great. Loved the golf cart that came with the house. We would definitely love to stay there again in the near future.

Despite some glitches, a very memorable and pleasant stay

The property was immaculate, fully stocked with supplies and conveniently located on the island. Fripp was the perfect getaway for our family. The down side was that the golf cart that was included in the stay did not function properly. It ran out of battery after mere minutes of usage. It became a hassle, but not one that ruined our experience. Best to rent your own, though if the one offered isn't updated. In addition, though we understand a property owner's need for security on such a valuable place, the number of cameras felt a bit intrusive.
