This Fripp Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island just a few steps away to the Beach. If you love the morning serenity of watching the sun rise over the ocean, while sitting on the deck and sipping on your favorite coffee, then this is where you want to be. Fripp has Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Crabbing, Nature Site Seeing, Childrens events etc... all for those who enjoy being active.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp Resort's many amenities or who just want to enjoy the direct access to the beach. Features include 1 Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront Balcony and 1 spacious Loft Bedroom both with stunning oceanfront views. You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
There are many places off the island that will keep you busy throughout your entire stay including dining at a variety of fine restaurants on and off the coastline. Please visit BEAUFORTSC.ORG for a list of activities and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. It is a great alternative for those who prefer to explore off the island.

Perfect for our family of 5!

Beautiful beach view! And it was such an easy walk to the access walkway and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful time in Fripp Island

The condo was bigger than we expected with plenty of space for our family of 5 and our dog. It was so convenient to walk to the beach, pool, as well as many other amenities. We had everything we needed and Richard was very accommodating. We would stay again!

Labor Day!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property! Perfect for our family and a gorgeous view. We are already contemplating if we need to go ahead and book this again! Richard has been great to work with! The condo was clean and the kids had plenty of space to still be kids, especially just by opening the back door and walking down the board to the beach.

Ahhhhh-mazing

This was our first time to Fripp and we will Definitely be making this an annual trip. The villa was absolutely perfect! Has everything you need and very spacious! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and feeding a deer that stopped by everyday for carrots. Location is perfect pretty much in the middle of the island. The island is small so we were able to get everywhere on the golf cart we rented. Absolutely recommend staying here! And we’ll be back!

This 2nd floor condo was everything I could ask for. My mother is 90 had her own deck to scetch out the beautiful raw beauty of aera and even a deer who came to her deck. Property was large and spacious. Beds were comforftable. Spiral staircase and beach decor offerered a wonderful flair. We will definetly be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first time visiting Fripp, and we were blown away by the island's beauty! This condo was in the perfect location, centrally located to the food court, guest services and one of the resort's pools. We were steps from the beach, and we had deer visit daily. The view from the condo's back deck was mesmerizing. No matter what we needed, Richard was incredibly easy to reach. He was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key, relaxing vacation to a beautiful island filled with natural beauty!

Great location!

Without a doubt one of the best condo locations on the island! It was so nice to sit on back porch and watch the ocean. Morning walks on the beach were amazing and the sunset from the beach or the porch were great. You definitely want to be on the 2nd floor in this complex to see the ocean. We had never been to Fripp before and we loved it!!!! We will definitely be coming again and will certianly rent from Richard again. He was helpful and available throughout our entire stay. The condo was clean and in good condition. It is just like the pictures in the listing. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location, a great condo for an amazing family vacation!!!!

Beautiful, but rodent problem

The home is lovely with exquisite view. Wednesday night spotted rat in the kitchen and it ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Spotted again Thursday night and ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Said contacted mgmt and told would look into it, but no resolution a week after visit. Very uncomfortable living in a home with a rat.

Favorite condo so far!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this Capt. John Fripp condo tremendously. I’ve been visiting Fripp for 39 years and the location of this condo was prefect for all the things we enjoy doing: spending the day on the beach, spending time at the adult pool, walking to dinner at the Beach Club, walking to the Fripp Ship, walking to the tennis courts. In the morning and evenings you can sit in the decks of the condo and enjoy the ocean breeze and view. The condo was large enough for us, and comfortable. It was up to date and clean. Things to know before going: the stairs to the upper king bedroom are a spiral staircase, and getting suitcases up and down it was tricky. This condo was the favorite of all the ones we’ve stayed in up to this point! We’ll be back to this lovely place.

Amazing Spot!

We have never been to Fripp Island before. For spring break, we needed to find somewhere within driving distance since we had to bring the dog along! The villa was perfect. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults, one 7 year old and a dog. It was very clean and we were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I am used to bringing along everything with us, but there was so much we didn't need that the house already had. I ended up donating a lot of supplies for the next guests because of this. Richard was readily available and helped us through a few of the minor issues we had and answered all our questions promptly. The beach access is super close and the large lawn behind the house is perfect for kids (and dogs) to run around in. I loved getting around by golf cart and the general laid back feel of the island. Would definitely come again and stay in the same spot!

Best location on the island

The place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Everyone had room to spread out, beds were comfortable. Ac/ temp great as previous units we rented never seemed to be able to get to 72’. One room ac was noisy but worked! Well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Enjoyed being at the end of condos so felt more private especially for dinners outside. (Could use a few more better chairs/table which I am sure owner is getting.) View is spectacular! Got to watch storm clouds come in one evening which was amazing. A bit of stress because there are other areas to see the sunset on the island but hard to leave the perfection of this condo! Very convenient to beach which was our reason for being there. Ocean was beyond perfect everyday! Convenient to pools if wanted, rentals of beach equipment on beach (our umbrella broke so very helpful) . View is spectacular! July 4th busy but probably every week is! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond for any questions. Extra Parking can be an issue but condo has a spot and a half for a golf cart so good. Love Fripp! Prefer to keep it a secret but it is a relaxing awesome place for families to visit and this is a fantastic condo to rent! Definitely will try to rent it again!
