If you love the morning serenity of watching the sun rise over the ocean, while sitting on the deck and sipping on your favorite coffee, then this is where you want to be. Fripp has Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Crabbing, Nature Site Seeing, Childrens events etc... all for those who enjoy being active.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp Resort's many amenities or who just want to enjoy the direct access to the beach. Features include 1 Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront Balcony and 1 spacious Loft Bedroom both with stunning oceanfront views. You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
There are many places off the island that will keep you busy throughout your entire stay including dining at a variety of fine restaurants on and off the coastline. Please visit BEAUFORTSC.ORG for a list of activities and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. It is a great alternative for those who prefer to explore off the island.

Great Fripp Location

We had a great stay at the villa. Great location - oceanfront and close to Olympic and adult pools. The host Richard went above and beyond what I have ever experienced with a rental - thank you.

This is a beautiful location! The condo was clean and very pretty. It comfortably slept 7 of my family. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait for next year!

Beautiful, but rodent problem

The home is lovely with exquisite view. Wednesday night spotted rat in the kitchen and it ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Spotted again Thursday night and ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Said contacted mgmt and told would look into it, but no resolution a week after visit. Very uncomfortable living in a home with a rat.
