Curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book or binge watch your favorite tv shows. Make memories, share laughs and enjoy games with the family.

The house has been updated in 2022 with new flooring, appliances and heating systems. We have AC on the main level to keep you cool in the summer.

The main level is an open concept design surrounded by large windows and natural light. Prepare your family’s favorite recipes in the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area seats six, you can seat an additional four at the kitchen island bar. The cozy living area has a gas fireplace and 55-inch flatscreen smart tv. We have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside onto the wraparound deck to take in the views, breathe in the crisp mountain air or grill steaks.

For those of you who may need to work remotely, there is a dedicated workspace with desk and task chair. Workspace located in the master bedroom. There is high speed fiber Wi-Fi network throughout the house. Smart TVs in every room, you will need to sign in with your own streaming accounts - Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Roku.

Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom with queen bed, smart tv, ensuite full bathroom and a private deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, smart tv and a ground level deck. Bedroom 3 is set up as a bunk room with two bunkbeds (4 twin beds) and a smart tv. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the 2nd full bathroom on this level. Each room has a closet / dresser for your belongings. Both bathrooms have a tub / shower combination. The bedroom level is accessible from the main level by an indoor spiral staircase and from the outdoors by stairway from the parking area.

There is plenty of parking at the house. The outdoor stairs from the parking area, will take you around the side of the house to the entrance at the rear of the house.

Notes:
Stairs required - access to house from parking via external stairway and landscape steps. Inside we have the original spiral staircase between main / bedroom levels.

We have 3 Ring outdoor security cameras at the house for your safety. These are located at each of the 2 lower-level entrances, and one monitoring the stairs to the top deck / main entrance. There are no cameras inside the house.

Maximum stay for rental - 3 weeks. If your booking is automatically accepted by VRBO we will immediately refund / contact you. We are not able to set this in the VRBO calendar system.

We have a studio apartment on the lowest level of the house (entrance facing the parking lot.) Apart from shared parking area / stair access to the house the two units are completely detached.

**Winter Weather** Beech Mountain gets 80 - 100 inches of snow annually. 4WD / AWD vehicles and snow chains are strongly recommended from October to April.
