Clean and comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Oceanside! The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was comfortable along with the couch. You can easily walk down to the waves but the sand is a bit further.

Not as built up to be

No AC . Fans only moved the heat around.This is a sixplex and was noisy upstairs. If you drive anything bigger than a mg midget you cant get in garage or out of your car. Immediate waterfront is rock. A couple blocks to a beachfront.

Hi, I am sorry you were unhappy. We never advertivsed AC And our property is advertised as a condo and not a single family home, We never had a noise complaintbut we can not control who rents above you. If noise was a problem all you had to do was call us. The garage is adverised as a single and there was lots of free street parking. available.
