The kind of Lake Harmony stay people picture when they dream about escaping to the Poconos. Step outside to 50 feet of private shoreline and your own sandy beach, where summer days are spent swimming, lounging by the water, and watching boats glide across the lake. As evening rolls in, gather around the lakefront fire pit, pour a drink, and settle in for some of the most incredible sunsets in Lake Harmony.

Sometimes, dinner comes with a show. Water skiers and wake boarders frequently cruise right past the house, putting on a performance from your front-row seat on the shoreline.

A few summer openings are still available, making this the perfect excuse for one last lake getaway before the season ends. Then comes Lake Harmony's most beautiful season: fall foliage. The lake is surrounded by brilliant reds, oranges, and golds, the days still be warm enough to enjoy the water, and the evenings perfectly crisp for fires by the lake. It's easily one of our favorite times of year.

You will be right in the middle of everything that makes Lake Harmony one of the Poconos' most sought-after destinations. Spend your days boating, swimming, hiking, exploring nearby ski slopes, or simply taking in the scenery. When you're ready to head out, you'll find lively restaurants, bars, and local favorites throughout Lake Harmony, Split Rock, and the surrounding area.

During summer and winter, Lake Harmony comes alive with vacationers walking the neighborhood, cruising around in golf carts, heading out on the lake, and gathering at local restaurants after a day of adventure. Visit during the quieter seasons and you'll experience a more peaceful side of the lake without losing the restaurants, scenery, and activities that make this area special year-round.

And if you want one more sunset before heading home, make your way to Nick's Lake House—or simply stay put, because with your own private beach and shoreline, one of the best seats on the lake is already waiting for you.


We are proud to offer self check-in via a keypad lock with a code that changes with every new guest. No two guests will have the same code ensuring the most safe and secure environment. Upon entering, an elevator is available for your use.

The property's owner's quarters are located on the top floor, ensuring complete seclusion for our guests. It is setup somewhat like an apartment building (duplex) with private entrances. Though you may occasionally cross paths in common areas such as the parking lot, main entrance, your privacy is our top priority. Each guest quarter features its own separate entryway and individual key codes, as well as soundproofing between rooms and floors. We also have white noise monitors for those enjoy an early bedtime. In addition. we can recommend free apps to use with your iphone or android to provide the best sleep. A new wall and additional entry door has been added as of August 2026 due to guest feedback (thank you to our guests who provided this suggestion!)

Large windows bring in natural light and highlight the peaceful water scenery. NEW hand-painted mural from one of the most talented locals.

• Lower Level – Game Lounge & Hangout Zone
This home is designed like a hotel. The owner’s quarters are located on the top floor and are fully separate from the guest space, allowing for a private and comfortable stay. The home is set up similarly to a duplex or apartment-style layout, with completely separate entrances and individual key codes for each space. While you may occasionally see the owner in shared exterior areas such as the parking lot or main entrance, guest privacy is always respected and prioritized. The guest quarters are sound-insulated between floors and rooms, and white-noise machines are provided for those who enjoy an early bedtime. We’re also happy to recommend free white-noise apps for both iPhone and Android to help ensure restful sleep.

A Note About Lake Harmony in Winter

Lake Harmony is lively and vibrant during peak seasons. Expect snow-covered scenery, families visiting the slopes, and visitors enjoying the restaurants, bars, and walking paths. Off-peak, the area becomes quieter and more serene — perfect for peaceful getaways.

You will need to use a vehicle to get to most locations. The house is close enough to walk to Nick's Lake House, Shenanigans, Piggy's, and Terra Cottage. But you may never want to leave the house, especially during the summer, since this property offers the only residential beach in all of Lake Harmony. Guests have commented that it's like a mini resort.
