You’ll enter into a bright, spacious, open concept home with beautiful flooring and great finishes throughout. This is reflected in the spacious living room featuring stunning modern décor and accessories, and a lovely gas fireplace. With lots of natural light flooding in through the large windows, the space seems even bigger! Plus, you get a great view of the backyard. You’ll love hanging out in this area as a group as you enjoy the cozy couches, watch some TV, play games, reminisce about the day, and make plans for the next one. There’s even a wine cooler in here!

vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a
thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed
over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re
not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8+ guests.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our indoor fireplace is gas operated and our outdoor fireplace is wood burning. Please only use our fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
