-The separate laundry room adjusted to the kitchen equipped with high quality washer and dryer, iron, iron board and drying rack.

The apartment offers: big screen TV, Apple TV, high speed upgraded Internet (50Mp), service provided by Claro fiber-optic, TV cable with plenty of English channels, computer desk, safe box, mosquito screens, washer and dryer, water cooler, parking spot.

This place fits 4 quests. The King size bed is in the Master Bedroom, and the Queen size bed is in the second bedroom.

You are renting whole apartment. Thus, you can use all the facilities of this condo including the community pool.

During your stay the guest will be taken care by the property management company, Employees are fluent and English and Spanish.

*There is an additional fee for electricity. Currently, there is a pay-as-you-go” rate of about $0.34 cents per KWH. You are required to pre-pay the fee at check-in by cash (US$10 per day electricity deposit).

At check-in, you are going to receive your initial reading of the electric meter, so you have your own control. Habitual usage may be between US$3.00 to US$10 per day depending on your consumption.
