Condo up to 7 Guests, beautiful Cortecito area, 5 min to the beach-

pool will be closed for general maintenance from September 1st to the 25th. Paradise is awaiting. This beautiful condo is located in the Cortecito community of Bavaro Punta Cana. among the amenities there is an Incredible pool and barbecue area surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. Guests can also enjoy private parking and 24-hour security on the premises. lots of local and amazing restaurants close by, enjoy all types of food, local and fusion. 20 minutes from Punta Cana airport. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Pick up can be arranged.

Important Notice:-
Guest will pay for electric usage, property manager will check meter at check in/ check out. charge between $7 to $10 a day. depends on usage.

It's a beautiful apartment and gorgeous pool. Self parking and 24hr concierge. Had a great time in and out of the property. It's very family oriented. No rush on the way out, like some hotels, which I loved. Beach is a 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive. will definitely return every time I am in punta cana/ Bavaro.

Construction was going on in the street towards the property. When it rains the corner street floods towards the walk to the beach. The property itself is clean, nice and safe.

Great Vacation in a nice condo near the Beach

I really like the property. Nice, clean, spacious.Big clean pool in the middle of apartment complex.Monica, property manager was Excellent, meeting us and promptly answering any questions I might have.The only two things which needs to be adressed: AC in a Dining room is out of freon, needs to be refilled, it blows warm air.Balcony tiles after rain are Veeery Slippery!My son fell there, and anti slip rubber mat needs to be put for safety.Othervice nice vacation rental property.

Paradise

Sole Tropical could easily become our home away from home. It is conveniently located to every thing you need 1st the beach 5 minute walk. 2nd Restaurants 5 -15 minute walk. 3rd major shopping 15 minutes drive. Our unit was very spacious but a little dated it was well equipped for our stay. The property grounds well kept. Pool and pool area spacious and well kept. We would recommend and will stay at Sol Tropical again in the future
