Wir hatten die Wohnung im 2. Stock. Der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar, da kein Stuhl und Tisch platz haben. Wir wollten dem Vermieter ein liegengebliebener Pass von einer Vorgängerin melden, es war keine Kommunikation nach dem Check-in mehr möglich. Telefon und Mail wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist neu renoviert und in gutem Zustand.

A very nice, freshly renovated apartment

It's a freshly renovated modern apartment in a great location. All house appliances were of good quality. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa bed. We stayed over 10 days and enjoyed it a lot. Recommended! Only the communication with property owner could be improved.

Terrible communications

After numerous attempts to contact the owner/host my booking was suddenly cancelled by them less than an hour before I was due to fly to the destination. When I called the Vrbo help line they told me there was little they could do until the check in time had passed. Only after this would they pass my query onto the case team for further investigate and to find alternative accommodation. Given I was due to land at approx 8pm this was unacceptable as I would be left without accommodation for the first night of my holiday. Generally unhelpful for start to finish. Would not recommend. Conversely AirB&B we’re able to help me book at last minute and bent over backwards to make my transfer from the airport and stay as smooth as possible. Would be booking with Vrbo again; will be going back via AirB&B.
