The place was fine, well decorated, everything worked. The apartment is outside the city center, close to public swimming areas and grocery stores, car rental, restaurants and the bus.While parking is included, it is not guaranteed or assigned. We were only able to park on premises one day out of four because that day we returned at 10am. If you are out all day, you may have a hard time parking at the building. There are parking garages near by that can be used for a fee, some close from midnight to 7 am. If you needed the car before 7 am this would be problematic but worked just fine for us.Overall good experience, except for the parking.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt an der Promenade mit direktem Blick aufs Meer.Nahe gelegene gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Gemeinschaftterrasse mit Pool und Liegen mit hervorragenden Meerblick. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir haben kein Auto gebraucht, Busverbindung sehr gut.

Nous sommes restés presque 3 semaines, appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire pour y vivre, de plus les femmes de ménage viennent une fois par semaine (très appréciable). Très bonne connection wifi. Piscine très bien entretenue + personnel vraiment très sympa, à notre écoute et notre service (serveur, femmes de ménage, gardien et le coiffeur Wesley) Super vue sur la mer quand on est a la piscine. Vraiment un endroit calme et accueillant, où l'on se sent vraiment chez soi. Nous ne sommes pas déçu de notre location. Merci et peut etre à bientôt

Alles was man sich im Urlaub nicht wünscht,haben wir erlebt.

Das was man uns versprochen hatte,wurde nicht erfüllt. Den Blick zum Meer gab es nicht, auch von der Seite nicht. Die verprochene sehr ruhige Lage gab es nicht. Dicht am Haus war eine Hauptstrasse und unter unserem Balkon befand sich ein Parkplatz. Auch in der Nacht wurde rauf und runter gefahren. Im Zimmer hat es muffig gerochen,die Fenster waren am Tag stendig offen,im Bad war der Duschkopfhalter defekt,die Silikondichtung an der Duschwanne war teilweise nicht vorhanden, dadurch lief das Wasser unter die Wanne.Dadurch roch es auch sehr muffig.Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde die Silikondichtung innerhalb von 4 Tagen erneuert.An Kakerlaken hat es auch nicht gemangelt, besonders in der Nacht im Bad. In der ersten Woche war die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher in Ordnung In der zweiten Woche waren in der Bettwäsche Löcher und die Handtücher haben muffig gerochen.Beim ersten abtrocknen waren sie zerrissen,so alt waren sie. Diese Wohnung ist für Urlauber nicht zu emfehlen.Das einziege was uns gefallen hat, war der Pool am Haus.Den konnte man zu jeder Zeit benutzen und er war sauber. Wir werden nie wieder diese Ferienwohnung nehmen.

Freundlicher Empfang durch Herrn Jan Hansen! Das Apartment ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes einmal ordentlich gereinigt. Die Wäsche wurde komplett gewechselt. Diverse Mängel: Batterien für TV waren leer. Wasserspülung der Toilette lief manchmal weiter. Mikrowelle wurde von uns nicht benutzt, da sie desolat aussah. Miniküchenzeile reparaturbedürftig.

Für alle die Günstig und Zetralgelegen Urlaub machen wollen

Das Appartment ist voll ausgestatet und zentral gelegen, mitten in Funchal. Der nächst größere Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Die Strandpromidate ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Weg zum nächsten öffentlichem Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg. Der Pool ist sauber, und kann ohne Bedenken genutzt werden. Die Hauseigene Bar ist günstig und für alle, die abends lauffaul sind, ebefalls sehr empfehlenswert.

With no winter, not too hot in summer, safe, very little crime, beautiful nature with fantastic mountains, good food, not too crowded with tourists and we can swim in the pool or in the sea all year round, what more do you want in life !
